Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Glink Logistics Inc ("Glink Logistics," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website (the "Site") to provide freight dispatch services to owner-operators, fleets, and brokers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, request dispatch services, or subscribe to our email or SMS updates, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you submit directly. When you fill out our contact or dispatch request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, equipment type, and any message you provide.
• Email newsletter sign-up. If you opt in to receive dispatch updates, load-market tips, or company news, we collect your name and email address for that purpose.
• SMS/text opt-in. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and, where provided, your name, and we keep a record that consent was given (including the date, method, and language of the opt-in).
• Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site, remember preferences, and measure the performance of our pages and email campaigns.
• Communications. If you call, email, or text our dispatch desk, we may keep a record of that communication to service your account and improve our support.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to dispatch inquiries and connect you with a dispatcher;
• Provide, operate, and improve our dispatch, rate-negotiation, compliance, tracking, and factoring-support services;
• Send you requested updates, newsletters, marketing communications, or text messages, where you have opted in;
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve its content and performance;
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and safety obligations applicable to freight carriers and brokers.

4. Email Marketing

We use dialers, a third-party email marketing platform operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC, to send newsletters and marketing emails to subscribers who opt in through our Site. When you subscribe, the information you provide (such as your name and email address) is transferred to and stored by dialer on our behalf.

Dialer may use standard web technologies, including cookies and tracking pixels, to help us understand campaign performance, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. Dialer's own use of your information is governed by dialer's privacy policy, available at .

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent and stop receiving emails from us at any time by clicking that link or by contacting us directly using the information in Section 13 below. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect operational messages related to an active dispatch or load, such as rate confirmations or check-call updates.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through a form on our Site, you consent to receive text messages from Glink Logistics Inc, which may include dispatch and load updates, appointment or check-in reminders, and occasional marketing messages about our services. This may be facilitated through dialer's SMS features or a similar third-party texting platform.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opting in to text messages is never required to use our dispatch services or to do business with us.
• Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the type of updates you sign up for.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Glink Logistics Inc is not responsible for carrier charges.
• Opting out. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us using the information in Section 13 below. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your removal.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly.
• We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for unrelated marketing.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help websites function and help us understand visitor activity. We (and service providers acting on our behalf, including dilaer) may use cookies to remember your preferences, keep the Site secure, and measure how visitors interact with our pages and emails. You can set your browser to refuse some or all browser cookies, but doing so may affect certain features of the Site.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as dialers for email and SMS delivery, hosting providers, and factoring or compliance partners directly connected to a load you have engaged us on;
• Brokers and shippers to the extent necessary to coordinate a load you have accepted through our dispatch service;
• Regulators or authorities where required by law, such as DOT or FMCSA compliance requirements; and
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

8. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and dispatch records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements. Email and SMS subscriber information, including opt-in consent records, is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, after which it is removed from our active mailing or texting list within a reasonable period.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. You can exercise these rights, unsubscribe from marketing emails, or opt out of text messages (by replying STOP) at any time by contacting us using the information below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet, SMS network, or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for business use by adults in the trucking and logistics industry. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
